Summer Wine Dinner

Have you ever wished you could spend a beautiful summer evening in Italy without the air fare and jet lag? Nonna Silivia's can make the dream seem real on Tuesday August 10, 2010! Join us for our most popular event of the summer! We taste through sparkling wines from Italy called Moscato & Prosecco, which are pitch-perfect for backyard parties or just casual summer drinking. Prosecco is a popular Venetian bubbly grape that everyone is raving about! It is also the key ingredient to the famed Bellini cocktail. Guest speaker Mattew Marani from Mionetto USA will educate us about these sparkling wines from Italy, alongside gourmet appetizers prepared by Chefs Steven Marti & Chef John Giannini.
